The quarter final of Dance 100% will be held on August 23 in Dar es Salaam.
Coordinator of the event Happy Shame of EATV said yesterday that the quarter finals will attract 16 groups which were picked from auditions held in three Dar es Salaam districts.
She said out of 16 groups ten will advance in the next stage.
Groups set for quarter final are Wazawa Crew, Best Boys Crew, G.O.P, The-W-T and Best Love.
Others are Tatanisha Dancers, Bustani, Quality Boys, Pambana Fasaha, Wakali Sisi, Tamtam, Mazabe, TWC, B2K and Winners Crew.
The event is jointly organized by East Africa Radio under the sponsorship of Grand Malta and Vodacom Tanzania.
The dancing contest is becoming quite popular and attracting many youths in the country.
The winning group in the final will be awarded 5m/-, officials affirmed.
